Update on Income Tax e-return
The Income Tax dept. has allowed the facility to upload e-Return of AY 2011-12 in response to defective notice u/s 139(9) under the tab 'My Account'. Assessees who have received any notice u/s 139(9) are requested to the avail the said facility.
